Well sort of! Our cells are made out of what our bodies can digest. In a world where we have access to food at any given point in time, we – as a North American population – are overfed and undernourished.
Obesity, heart issues, diabetes – these diseases are all on the rise. Just look around – I’m sure you know at least one person who has some health issues – maybe it’s even you.
