Group classes are always a great way to get started in fitness and have fun at the same time! Initially I will be offering stretch classes and in the new year, I will be adding some small group training/fitness classes to the schedule.
What are “stretch classes”?
Most people don’t stretch enough. We know that we need to, but it’s the first thing we skip if we are crunched for time. We also know just how GOOD it feels to stretch! With this in mind, I’m focusing on my specialty (fascial stretch) and will be offering small group stretch classes. This is not Yoga. This is simply a whole body stretch.
Essentially this is an easy to do class that helps you to unstick your stuck parts! It is based on the idea of the fascial lines in the body. Click on over to my page on Fascia! By moving in specific patterns, we can help to loosen tight areas such as shoulders, neck, upper and lower back, hips and legs.

Class Descriptions
Fascial Flow: This 45-minute class will combine body movements and stretches with the addition of the Yoga Tune Up ball. You will learn ways to release tight spots at home as well as walk away feeling loose and relaxed.
Core & Stretch: Most people I talk to want to work on “their core”. In this 45-minute class, we will combine core exercises with overall body stretching. You will feel strong and stretched!
Simply Stretch: This 45-minute class will be simply that – a full body stretch. We will warm up the joints and tissue first and then move through a complete stretch.
Class Details
When you sign up for a class you are registered in that particular class for the duration of the session (ie. 5 weeks ). So you don’t have to worry about it being crowded or not being able to get a space. We specialize in small classes of no more than 8 people. That way I can make sure that you get the attention that you deserve.
Make-Up Classes
If you know you have to miss one of your scheduled classes, simply let me know ahead of time and then you can do any other class on the current schedule as long as there is space available. All make-up classes must be completed within the current class time frame. No classes carry-forward. If there is no space that works for you, you will forfeit the class.
