
Group classes are always a great way to get started in fitness and have fun at the same time! Initially I will be offering stretch classes and in the new year, I will be adding some small group training/fitness classes to the schedule.
What are “stretch classes”?
Most people don’t stretch enough. We know that we need to, but it’s the first thing we skip if we are crunched for time. We also know just how GOOD it feels to stretch! With this in mind, I’m focusing on my specialty (fascial stretch) and will be offering small group stretch classes. This is not Yoga. This is simply a whole body stretch.
Essentially this is an easy to do class that helps you to unstick your stuck parts! It is based on the idea of the fascial lines in the body. Click on over to my page on Fascia! By moving in specific patterns, we can help to loosen tight areas such as shoulders, neck, upper and lower back, hips and legs.

Class Descriptions
Melt: Nervous System Reset: This is not Yoga. This is not stretching. This is: the place your body finally exhales. Think deep breathing, slow supported movements, fascial unwinding, guided relaxation and body awareness and maybe some hands-on assisted stretching. This is a class where your nervous system takes centre stage.
Prime Circuit: This is a fun, full-body workout designed for adults 40+ that blends strength, cardio, and functional movement to help you stay strong, energized, and moving with confidence.
Fascial Flow: This 45-minute class will combine body movements and stretches with the addition of the Yoga Tune Up ball. You will learn ways to release tight spots at home as well as walk away feeling loose and relaxed.
Core Evolution: This is a balanced core and stretch class designed to build strength, improve mobility, and support confident, pain-free movement. You will feel strong and stretched!
Yoga Flow: A 45-minute Hatha Yoga class that will flow poses from one to the next. Easy to understand and follow. No need for prior Yoga experience. You will leave feeling stretched and relaxed.
Man Stretch: Only for the dudes! You know you need to stretch but you rarely do. So come and learn WHY you need to stretch so that you can continue to be that weekend warrior without hurting yourself!
Iron Queens: A class for the women who want to lift a little heavier weights! We will use all the equipment in the gym. You will learn how to lift safely and push yourself at the same time. Full body workout. Great tunes! Join the Iron Queens!
Forever Strong: A class for those who want to start adding some resistance training to their wellness program. It’s light weights and body weight that will define this workout. Proper technique and gaining some confidence in yourself is our main priority! This is a great class to start with if you have been inactive for a while or are just getting into the idea of using weights.
Class Details
When you sign up for a class you are registered in that particular class for the duration of the session (ie. 6 weeks ). So you don’t have to worry about it being crowded or not being able to get a space. We specialize in small classes of no more than 8 people. That way I can make sure that you get the attention that you deserve.
Make-Up Classes
If you know you have to miss one of your scheduled classes, simply let me know ahead of time and then you can do any other class on the current schedule as long as there is space available. All make-up classes must be completed within the current class time frame. No classes carry-forward. If there is no space that works for you, you will forfeit the class.
