We are what we eat, right?  Well sort of!  Our cells are made out of what our bodies can digest.  Nutrition coaching is a big field and there are so many different opinions out there.  How can you make sense of it all?  Consider the fact that in a world where we have access to food at any given point in time, we – as a North American population – are overfed and undernourished.  Let that sink in for a minute.

Obesity, heart issues, diabetes – these diseases are all on the rise.  Just look around – I’m sure you know at least one person who has some health issues – maybe it’s even you.  Do you know where to start?

Are you ready to change that?  Knowing what to eat and when and why our bodies crave different foods is really helpful in our quest towards better health.   That said, sometimes we need to have a little refresher course on nutrition!
