Every one of us could use some help in achieving our goals in life!  And that's true in fitness as well! One of the reasons why I have had a 20-year career in the fitness industry is because people do better with an accountability partner!

Personal training is much more than just counting repetitions of exercises for you (and by the way,if that's what your trainer is doing for you - fire them!)

Our personal training services include:

  • initial assessment of your current fitness and discussion of your goals
  • recommendations for workouts to help you achieve those goals
  • nutritional suggestions
  • Biotracker readings that include:  weight, body fat %, body water %, muscle mass, metabolic age, bone mass and your visceral fat reading
  • 30 minute focused sessions with your trainer to make the most of your time
  • up to 30 minutes of cardio prior to or after your booked personal training session (included)
  • monthly review of your progress

Packages will be determined after the initial consultation so that we can devise the best plan for you to achieve your health & fitness goals.

We also offer semi-private training so you can workout with a friend and both receive some savings!
